The page exists so the published version has a permanent home and a stable address. Nothing on it is a statement of current practice, and it should not be relied on for procurement or a data agreement until it is replaced.
If you need this before it is published, write to support@example.invalid and it can be answered directly.
One thing that is already true and does not depend on the published text: assessment files uploaded to Coherence are encrypted before they are stored, and the key that opens them is held separately from the file.
